After raising her two daughters, Michele embarked on a career of over 25 years within the accounts sector of the hospitality industry. She brings experience across a range of four- and five-star hotels in the UK, spanning roles from accounts assistant to financial controller, giving her a strong understanding of both operational and strategic finance in fast-paced environments.

Originally from the northwest of England, Michele has always had a passion for travel and new experiences. Earlier this year, she relocated to Gibraltar with her daughter and their dog, Daisy, embracing a new chapter both personally and professionally.

With a milestone birthday on the horizon, Michele’s next adventure is already planned: a skydive over The Palm in Dubai, combining her love of travel with her fearless approach to life.
