This 11-night "Food & Wine" itinerary blends gourmet dining, premium wine tasting, and native wildlife experiences across Victoria and South Australia. The tour begins with three nights at Crown Towers in Melbourne, featuring a guided multicultural culinary tour with food expert Allan Campion alongside an evening walking tour of the city's hidden laneway bars. Guests then take a rental vehicle to the Mornington Peninsula for a two-night stay at the Jackalope Hotel, participating in a farm-based paddock-to-plate cooking masterclass and cool-climate wine tastings. From there, travelers fly to Adelaide and travel to the Barossa Valley for three nights at The Louise, enjoying a private guided tour of historic vineyards and a sunrise "Breakfast with the Kangaroos" picnic in a nearby conservation park. The journey concludes with three nights at Oceanview Eco Villas on Kangaroo Island, where guests join guided 4WD wildlife tours to walk among Australian sea lions at Seal Bay, visit Flinders Chase National Park, and view natural coastal sights like Admirals Arch and Remarkable Rocks before departing from Kingscote Airport.
